Metal trading companies, ports, railroad stations, foundries, steel mills or the manufacturing industry, they all rely on safe, precise and fast material flows — every day.
Success Stories
Efficiently storing steel coils that weigh tons. Gently handling sensitive thin sheets. Safely moving rebars. The areas of application for TRUNINGER lifting magnet technology are as diverse as the requirements along the value chain of all industries that use metal in any way.
But they share one thing: The solutions are always tailored to fit the specific situation on site in line with the wishes and requirements of our customers.
Moving rebars safely
Straub Eisen- und Stahlhandel GmbH handles rebars safely using TRUNINGER magnet systems. The leading processor of reinforcing bars from the German town of Lichtenau has been a TRUNINGER customer for many years.
Retrofit for a highly diversified warehouse
Long term operational safety as well as fast and flexible delivery capacities: The benefits have been motivating wholesaler Eisen Schmitt to work with TRUNINGER for more than 20 years.
Expanding storage capacities with lifting magnet technology
Thyssen Krupp Schulte is a retailer for steels, stainless steels, and non-ferrous metals. Solutions "made in Langendorf" are a pivotal part of their routine when handling and picking sheets and plates.
Teamwork in lifting: Man and machine
Dörrenberg Edelstahl: Development, production and processing of steel, casting products, heat treatment, and surface technology—since 1860. In their Dieringhausen plant, not far from Cologne in Germany, TRUNINGER lifting magnet systems move heavy round steel bars.
Full power, fine tuned forces
The foundry in Weilbach is over 200 years old. Since 1974, Linde Material Handling GmbH has been operating the site with its long tradition. In this plant, the group manufactures forklift counterweights. They ensure that Linde forklifts do not tip over when transporting loads that weigh up to several tons. But before the forklifts can carry heavy loads themselves, TRUNINGER magnets handle tons of scrap raw materials accurately dosed before they are cast into counterweights for forklift truck production.
Machinery lasting generations
Customers from all over Europe order their high-quality reinforcing steel, structural steel and billets from the German Badische Stahlwerke GmbH (BSW). When it comes to loading a wide variety of steel products onto barges and railway wagons at their headquarters in Kehl, the electric steel plant has been relying on TRUNINGER solutions for more than three decades.
